Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications is a national "double first-class" construction university and Jiangsu high-level university construction university. Its predecessor is the Eighth Route Army Combat post training class, which was born in Shandong Anti Japanese base in 1942. In 1958, it was approved by the State Council to be transformed into a undergraduate university, named Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications; in April 2005, it was renamed Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications. The University was originally a key university directly under the Ministry of Posts and telecommunications and the Ministry of information industry. Since 2000, it has been jointly established by the central government and the local government (now the Ministry of industry and information technology, the State Post Office and Jiangsu Province). In 2018, it has become a "double first-class" Construction University jointly established by the Ministry of education and Jiangsu Province, focusing on the management of Jiangsu Province. At present, the university has developed into a university with engineering as the main body, electronic information as the feature, science, engineering, economics, management, culture, teaching, art, law and other disciplines blending with each other. The school is located in Nanjing. It has four campuses, namely Xianlin, Sanpailou, suojin village and Jiangning. In addition, it has also held an independent college, Tongda College of Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications.

[note] Article 16 candidates who enter the file shall arrange their major from high score to low score according to the principle of clear score.
