2. Preparation method of polyether modified silicone oil for fabric softener
This method is to first add polyether, hydrogenated silicone oil and ionic liquid catalyst into a reactor in a certain proportion and mix them under a nitrogen environment. The reaction conditions are pressure 50-200 Pa, temperature 80-90°C, and reaction time 3-5 hours. Through separation and purification steps, a polyether modified silicone oil product is obtained.
The prepared modified silicone oil has the characteristics of less impurities, light color, good softness and excellent high temperature resistance, which effectively solves the shortcomings of the existing technology.
