IOTA 95099 is a low-yellowing cationic amino silicone emulsion. Its core ingredients are amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, cetrimonium chloride, and tridecyl alcohol polyether-12. It is a commonly used professional hair conditioning ingredient in the shampoo and conditioner industry, suitable for various hair types and care scenarios, and particularly effective in repairing damaged hair after perming and dyeing.
This product is a milky white liquid with stable physicochemical properties, characterized by easy water solubility and wide compatibility. Its specific gravity, viscosity, and solids content are balanced, exhibiting excellent centrifugal stability and resistance to delamination. Utilizing its cationic properties, it precisely adsorbs negatively charged damaged hair cuticles, smoothing frizz, filling gaps in the hair strands, and improving dryness and tangles at the root. It significantly improves combability in both dry and wet conditions, while effectively eliminating static electricity to prevent frizz and flyaways.
Compared to ordinary silicone oil emulsions, its biggest advantage is its low yellowing property, which will not affect the color of shampoo and conditioner products. It also boasts excellent compatibility, being compatible with various anionic, cationic, nonionic, and amphoteric surfactants, making it suitable for a wide range of formulations. This raw material is widely used in hair products such as shampoos, conditioners, hair treatments, and hair dyes.
In practical applications, it is recommended to add it at a low temperature below 45℃, in the final stage of the formulation process, with a typical addition amount of 0.5%-2%. The product is packaged in 200kg plastic drums or 1-ton IBC drums. It is not a hazardous material and can be stored in a sealed, light-protected environment for up to one year, ensuring convenient and safe storage and transportation.
