The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. participants
College students can form teams to enter the competition. Each team consists of no more than 2 instructors and no more than 3 students.
II. Competition content
The competition uses "star of entrepreneurship" software, Simulate the management decision-making of team division, strategic planning, market research, production planning, R & D investment, sales management, market development, report analysis, etc. of the start-up enterprises, and focus on the operation of the four quarters. Through the simulation of the real enterprise, let students participate in the operation and management of the start-up enterprises in person in the simulation scenario, understand the types of risks that may be faced after the establishment of the new enterprise and Coping strategies.
3. Time arrangement
（1） Project solicitation and application organization (before May 15)
Each college publicizes and mobilizes teachers and students to actively apply for the competition, and reports the application form (see the attachment) to the College of innovation and entrepreneurship education for unified summary as required.
（2） School level trials (before May 25)
The school organizes professional teachers to evaluate the software operation competition of the participating teams, and the top three teams are selected to directly enter the city competition.
（3） City Competition Registration (before May 31)
Registration method of city competition: log in to the official website of the competition (http://cyds.monilab.com), and carry out "online registration to participate in the competition" and "online application training account" in the "event registration" column on the homepage.
（4） Municipal trials (mid July)
The excellent team of the city competition will be recommended to participate in the 2020 "learning and innovation cup" National College Students' Entrepreneurship comprehensive simulation competition according to the total score. The specific number of participants in the national competition will be notified separately.
4. Award setting
The first, second and third prizes are set up in the city competition, with the proportion of 10%, 20% and 30% respectively. 3-5 "learning and innovation star" teams are determined according to the city competition result ranking. The members of the winning teams can obtain the beiteng Technology Internship direct train and employment opportunities. At the same time, the excellent instructor award is awarded to the instructors who have won the second prize and above teams.
