1、 School profile
Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications is a national "double first-class" construction university and Jiangsu high-level university construction university. Its predecessor is the war and post training class, which was born in Shandong Anti Japanese base in 1942. It is one of the early systematic training schools for communication talents of our party and our army. In 1958, it was approved by the State Council to be transformed into a undergraduate university, named Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications, and renamed Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications in April 2005. The University used to be a key university directly under the Ministry of Posts and telecommunications and the Ministry of information industry. Since 2000, it has been jointly established by the central government and local governments (now the Ministry of industry and information technology, the State Post Office and Jiangsu Province), with Jiangsu Province as the main management department. In October 2013, the former Nanjing population management cadre college was officially incorporated into Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications. The school adheres to the spirit of "believe in the world and strive for self-improvement", practices the school motto of "being honest, resolute, realistic and practical", and carries forward the school spirit of "diligence, realism, progress and innovation". At present, the university has developed into a university with engineering as the main body, electronic information as the feature, science, engineering, economics, management, literature, education, art, law and other disciplines blending with each other, and multi-level education coordinated development, such as postdoctoral, doctoral, master's and undergraduate. The school is located in Nanjing, a famous historical and cultural city, with four campuses, namely Xianlin, Sanpailou, suojin village and Jiangning.
2、 Enrollment plan and requirements

Adhere to the principle of fair, fair and selective admission, and within the range of the proportion of filing required by Jiangsu Education and examination institute, recruit the candidates who meet the requirements of professional enrollment in the order of total score from high to low.
The requirements for the physical condition of candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the guiding opinions on physical examination for enrollment of general colleges and universities. After entering the school, the "special transfer" students need to have physical examination, and those with abnormal physical examination shall be handled according to relevant regulations.
4、 Student development
Students shall go to Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications to apply for admission on time with the admission notice, diploma and other materials. Students who have not obtained the diploma will not apply for admission and student registration.
"Special transfer" students are transferred to the third year of undergraduate study in a unified way and arranged in separate classes. According to the requirements of full-time undergraduate teaching in Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications, the teaching time is two years.
5、 Student status management and employment
Student status management: for the "special transfer" students admitted by Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications, the school recommended by the students shall be responsible for the transfer out procedures, and provide the student's files and other relevant materials; "special transfer" students shall not be transferred to other majors or schools.
Certificate issuance: students who have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan and passed the examination will be awarded the graduation certificate of Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications; those who meet the conditions for awarding Bachelor's degree will be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications. The contents of the graduation certificate and degree certificate of the students who have transferred from the university to the University shall be filled in according to the national regulations (the name of the undergraduate major shall be followed by the words "undergraduate study at the beginning of the junior college").
Employment policy: upon graduation, the employment policy for undergraduates shall be implemented.
6、 Charging standard
"Special transfer" students are charged according to the tuition standard approved by the price department when they enter the school. Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications carries out credit system charges, and the tuition fees are collected in advance: 5200 yuan per year for each student majoring in postal management and financial management, 5800 yuan per year for each student majoring in Information Engineering, and 800 to 1500 yuan per year for each student majoring in accommodation.
