2、 Enrollment major and application conditions
Our university selects national first-class construction discipline, national characteristic specialty construction site, provincial brand specialty and provincial superior discipline corresponding specialty to recruit candidates for comprehensive evaluation, among which business management specialty only enrolls Liberal Arts candidates, and other specialties only enroll science candidates.

Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
1. Won the second prize (including) at the provincial level in mathematics, physics, informatics Olympic competition, youth science and technology innovation competition, and computer production activities in primary and secondary schools in senior high school;
2. Won the third prize (including) of "little scientist of tomorrow" award in senior high school;
3. Excellent ideological and moral character in senior high school, awarded the titles of "moral model" at Prefecture and city level, the title of "brave for good", the title of "excellent volunteer" at provincial level, and recognized by the expert group of comprehensive evaluation and admission qualification of our university.

Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:

3、 Registration procedure
The comprehensive evaluation and admission application of our university adopts the combination of online application and mailing materials:
（1） Registration time: April 10, 2019 to April 20, 2019
（2） Online registration
1. Log in the comprehensive evaluation and enrollment system of Pilot Universities (website: http://bm.chsi.com.cn/), and register and register according to the system requirements.
2. Download and print the application form: after the examinee completes the online registration, the system will automatically generate the application form. Please carefully check the relevant information filled in, download and print the application form after confirmation, and the person in charge of the middle school will review and sign it, and then scan or take photos to upload the system after affixing the official seal of the middle school. The above steps must be completed after each revision of candidates' information. Please check carefully when submitting the information.
The relevant materials submitted by candidates reflecting their comprehensive quality (competition award certificates, etc.) shall be reviewed by the middle school and publicized in detail on the school website and class.
（3） Mailing written materials
Written application materials shall be bound in A4 size (no need to add cover)
1. Application form generated by enrollment system
2. Copy of second generation ID card or household register
3. The photocopy of the certificate of award that meets the requirements of application must be stamped with the official seal of the middle school, verified by the middle school and signed by the principal, and signed by the examinee.
4. The comprehensive quality evaluation materials provided by the examination and seal of the middle school and the signature of the person in charge. Among them, moral quality, civic quality, communication and cooperation must be qualified, and learning ability, sports and health, aesthetics and performance must all reach level C or above.
The application materials without my signature, the signature of the headmaster of the middle school and the official seal of the middle school shall be regarded as invalid materials and cannot enter the qualification examination.
Please scan and upload the original relevant materials to the system. The paper materials shall be sent to the enrollment Department of the enrollment and Employment Office of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (address: No.9, Wenyuan Road, New District, Yadong, Nanjing, post code: 210023) by EMS express mail before 18:00 on April 20, 2019 (subject to the local postmark date), and please indicate the words "comprehensive evaluation enrollment materials" on the envelope. 4、 Qualification examination
According to the application conditions of Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications in 2019, the qualification examination will be carried out. Candidates who pass the qualification examination can participate in the school interview, and the interview list will be published on the undergraduate enrollment network of our university before May 10, or can be inquired through the enrollment system.
5、 Confirmation of interview, payment and examination permit printing
Before May 20, candidates who have passed the qualification examination must confirm their participation in the interview online through the registration system and pay a test fee of 60 yuan / person (the registration fee will not be refunded). Those who fail to confirm and pay the test fee within the time limit shall be deemed as giving up the interview. After May 30, candidates can print the examination permit by themselves through the registration system.
Six, interview
The interview will be arranged on June 16, 2019. Candidates with interview qualification will bring their ID card, examination permit and relevant certificates (original materials meeting the corresponding application conditions) to the Xianlin Campus of our university for registration at 14:00-17:00 on June 15. The specific arrangement will be notified separately.
The recruitment and employment office shall cooperate with the academic affairs office to organize and implement the comprehensive evaluation and interview. Candidates and groups of experts participating in the interview are randomly selected before the interview. During the interview, each group of experts and examinees are randomly admitted to different examination rooms. The five experts of each interview group score the candidates independently and take the average score. The whole interview process will be videotaped and recorded. According to the interview situation, candidates shall be selected according to the number of admission plans not exceeding 3 times of the comprehensive evaluation.
7、 Admission method
（1） Candidates for comprehensive evaluation and admission determined by our university still have to take the unified entrance examination of national colleges and universities in 2019, and must log in to the college entrance examination system of provincial education and Examination Institute (http://www.jseea.cn or http://gkzy.jseea.cn) with the dynamic password card at the specified time of filling in the college entrance examination, and be enrolled in the "independent enrollment, special plan of colleges and universities, comprehensive evaluation and admission" college In the column, fill in our university's comprehensive evaluation admission wish. The professional wish filled in must be selected from the advertised majors to be admitted, otherwise it will be deemed as invalid.
Candidates applying for the college entrance examination should reach the first batch of control line of Jiangsu Province; science candidates who have won the first prize of provincial competition (including) or above, and Arts candidates who have won the first prize of national competition can be relaxed to within 10 points (including) below the control line of the Province; academic level test subjects should reach BB, and test results of compulsory subjects should reach qualified (or C and above) Grade), the physical requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the guiding opinions on physical examination for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities.
（2） According to the major of candidates' application, our school makes a comprehensive evaluation on the candidates' college entrance examination results, interview results, subject grades of high school academic level test, comprehensive quality evaluation and awards.
1. Explanation of score calculation method.
(1) The score of the college entrance examination is converted into a hundred point system. If the score of the college entrance examination is 330, because the full score of the college entrance examination is 480, the score of the candidate converted into a hundred point system is 68.75.
(2) The interview results are based on the percentage system.
(3) Selected subjects for academic level test. Each a + level is converted to 50 points, a level to 40 points, B + level to 30 points, and B level to 20 points. Full Score: 100.
(4) The full score of comprehensive quality evaluation is 100. Among the three contents of learning ability, sports and health, aesthetics and performance, Grade A is converted into 20 points, grade B is converted into 15 points, and grade C is converted into 10 points; if there is "outstanding performance" in moral quality, civic literacy, communication and cooperation projects, the score will be given according to the specific contents, and the score will be determined by the comprehensive evaluation and admission expert group of our university, with the maximum score not exceeding 40 points.
(5) Award points.
In senior high school, students who have won the provincial first prize or above in mathematics, physics, informatics, chemistry, bioolympics competition, youth science and technology innovation competition and computer production activities in primary and secondary schools will get 100 points; provincial second prize will get 70 points; provincial third prize will get 40 points.

Awards are calculated at a high level and are not accumulated.
2. Comprehensive evaluation method.
Our school carries out comprehensive evaluation according to the five aspects of the candidates, of which the college entrance examination score accounts for 50%, the interview score accounts for 20%, the high school academic level test subjects account for 10%, the comprehensive quality evaluation accounts for 5%, and the awards account for 15% (each score takes two decimal places).
For example, a examinee's score in the college entrance examination is 330 points, which is converted into 68.75 points in the centesimal system, which is finally converted into 34.38 points; an interview score of 80 points, which is converted into 16 points; a senior high school academic level test subject score of 90 points, which is finally converted into 9 points; a comprehensive quality evaluation score of 60 points, which is converted into 3 points; an award score of 70 points, which is converted into 10.5 points. The total score of the candidate is 72.88.
3. If the comprehensive evaluation scores of candidates are equal, they shall be admitted according to the total scores of the college entrance examination, the total scores of Chinese and mathematics in the college entrance examination and the ranking of mathematics scores.
The pre admission list shall be examined and approved by the admission committee of our university, and shall be officially accepted and publicized after being approved by Jiangsu Education and examination institute.
