Chinese Abstract:
With the promotion of 5g's global commercialization process, in order to meet the needs of higher rate, lower delay and new business in the future, 6G oriented research has been launched. Wireless channel is the channel of transmitting and receiving information. The characteristics of wireless channel determine the performance limit of wireless communication system. Therefore, the channel research is the basic research of 6G wireless communication system. This paper first introduces the possible technologies and applications of 6G, including terahertz communication, industrial Internet, space and space integrated network and machine learning, and points out that 6G channel model faces the challenges of higher frequency, wider bandwidth, super large-scale antenna array and further expansion of diversified scenes. Secondly, in view of these technologies and applications, this paper summarizes the current research progress of terahertz channel, industrial Internet channel, space and space channel measurement and modeling, as well as intelligent modeling based on machine learning and 3D environment reconstruction. Finally, facing the future, the paper looks forward to the problems that need further study in the above four aspects.

Introduction:
Zhang Jianhua, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of information and communication engineering, Beijing University of Posts and telecommunications, was supported by the national fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2019. Research fields: mobile communication channel modeling theory and transmission technology research. More than 70 SCI papers have been published, more than 3000 academic citations have been made by Google, and 3 papers have been awarded, including the first best paper award of China commun in 2016. More than 40 invention patents have been authorized by the state, 13 of which have been transferred, and one has won the 2016 China Patent Excellence Award for its contribution to the channel simulator independently developed in China. More than 50 proposals have been adopted by ITU and 3GPP, forming 5 international standards for channel model from 4G to 5g. In 2016, he was elected chairman of ITU-R imt-2020 (5g) channel model drafting group, responsible for drafting 5g international standard for channel model. It has been selected into the talent plan of excellent youth fund of NSFC and excellent talents of the Ministry of education in the new century; it has won the second prize of national technology invention twice, the first prize of technology invention of Communication Society (ranking 1), the first prize of radio management science and Technology (ranking 1) and Mao Yisheng Youth Science and technology award. At present, he is the deputy leader of frequency sub group of imt-2020 (5g) promotion group, deputy leader of frequency sub group of imt-2030 (6g) working group, leader of green and intelligent comprehensive demonstration expert group of key Winter Olympic Science and technology projects of the Ministry of science and technology, deputy chairman of antenna and RF Technology Professional Committee of China Communications Society, and editorial board member of IEEE wireless commun lett and China commun. He has been the communication expert of front information technical electron eng since 2019.
