Description

This product is a semi-transparent silicone elastomer gel containing isododecane, with good spreadability, excellent velvety smoothness and non-sticky feel; this product has broad oil compatibility, can quickly form a film, with good spreadability and a dry and silky feel.

Non-volatile content (%, w/w): ≥18

Applications

It can be used in a variety of personal care products, including skincare, antiperspirant, and sunscreen products.

How to use?

It can be added to the oil phase or silicone phase in an emulsion

formulation;

It can be post-added to emulsions provided the emulsion viscous enough

for the products to be dispersed.

For ease of use, blending with dimethicone or cyclomethicone may reduce

its viscosity.

When heating, the material should be processed in an enclosed vessel to

prevent the Isododecane from volatilizing;

The processing temperature should not be over 50℃.

The suggested usage level is 1-20%

Package

This product is supplied in 20kg plastic pails or 200kg iron drums. Samples are available upon request in bottles.

Storage and Transport

This product is non-dangerous product. In storage and transportation, prevent from the exposure of moisture, acids, alkalis, the sun and rain directly. The product has 24 months shelf life from the date of production at room temperature in seal-tight condition. The storage temperature could not be over 60℃.
