Cyclic siloxanes have some satisfactory properties, making them an ideal composition in antiperspirants. The most important thing is volatility and low heat of vaporization. Cyclic siloxane can evaporate at room temperature, even at skin temperature. When used as a base fluid in an antiperspirant, the active ingredients are brought to the skin to form a smooth film, and then evaporate without leaving any residue, without discomfort and good sweat removal effect, so that its performance is greatly improved . In the aerosol antiperspirant, cyclic siloxane can eliminate the clogging of the valve and reduce the viscosity of the antiperspirant salt without staining.
