Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications is a national "double first-class" Construction University jointly built by the Ministry of education of China and the people's Government of Jiangsu Province and a high-level university construction university in Jiangsu Province. Its predecessor is the Eighth Route Army combat and post training class, which was born in Shandong Anti Japanese base in 1942. 2. Have a doctoral degree and a doctoral degree (according to the requirements of the recruitment plan of that year, sports, arts and small languages can be graduate degree and master's degree). 3. In principle, applicants for high-level teacher positions shall be no more than 40 years old, and those with outstanding academic achievements may be appropriately relaxed, while those with deputy senior high positions shall be no more than 45 years old, and those with senior professional titles shall be no more than 50 years old.
4. When introducing engineering teachers, they should have the experience of holding the post in the enterprise. In principle, the time of holding the post in the enterprise should not be less than six months according to the post demand.

In principle, the academic achievement appraisal of the current doctoral graduates shall be based on the papers published or employed as the first author during the doctoral period. In principle, the academic achievement appraisal of the previous doctoral graduates or postdoctoral outbound personnel shall be based on the papers published or employed as the first author in the past five years from the month when the second level unit reports to the human resources department. If there is any For senior professional and technical positions recognized by the University and having presided over national projects in the past three years, papers published or employed as correspondents can be regarded as the standard; for papers published as co authors and co correspondents, the number of papers shall be calculated according to the number of "co authors";
For the following situations, they may not be limited by the basic standards of academic achievements. According to the actual achievements and needs, they shall be reported to the human resources department for review after being discussed and approved by the leading group of talents introduced by the College (Department). 1. 2. Benefits for Nanjing University of Posts and telecommunications to introduce high-level teachers
After the candidate doctor is employed and formally registered, he / she shall sign the talent introduction agreement with our university, with the service period of 6 years + 4 years, and carry out the assessment according to the relevant regulations of the University. (3) family expenses and house purchase subsidies. Doctors who have reached the minimum academic conditions of their own Colleges (departments, research institutes and centers) can enjoy the treatment of settling in fees and house purchase subsidies ranging from 200000 yuan to 400000 yuan (for personal income tax). If the imported doctor is a graduate of the top 200 universities in the world who has obtained a doctor's degree, or the doctor's school is not in the top 200 universities in the world, but the corresponding discipline ranks the top in the world or has the positive and senior professional titles recognized by our university, the resettlement fee will be increased by 50000 yuan in the standard of its imported high-level teachers.
(4) funds for launching scientific research. The standard of scientific research start-up funds is generally: 100000 yuan for engineering, 80000 yuan for science and 60000 yuan for other disciplines. Especially excellent overseas returnees can raise their scientific research start-up funds appropriately. The specific amount of funding shall be determined according to the content of the scientific research project and the expected results submitted. The funding is generally paid in two years.
(5) transitional housing arrangements and rental subsidies. The school provides a certain specification of rental housing for the introduction of talents as a transition. The rental shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the asset management department, and the rental period shall not exceed two years generally. The introduction of talents can also rent housing by themselves, and the school shall issue a certain standard of rental subsidies, with the term not exceeding two years.
