School labor union, unity against the epidemic
The novel coronavirus pneumonia spread from Wuhan our wills unite like a fortress. The National Party Central Committee and the whole nation's hearts are spreading. The union of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications launched the theme painting and poster design competition in March 16th, giving full play to the unique advantages of literature and art in the spirit of cohesion and comfort. Works of literature and art cheer for the fight against the epidemic and inspire the confidence of teachers and students in the school to fight against the epidemic together.
Since the launch of the activity, the majority of faculty and staff actively participated in the contribution. The heroic spirit of the majority of medical workers in the first line of fighting against the epidemic, the all-out efforts of all industries in the country, and the touching deeds of group prevention and control have become the materials for everyone's artistic creation. The staff of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications expressed their sincere respect to the soldiers in white with a piece of calligraphy, painting and poster works, and expressed their common aspiration to overcome the epidemic.
As of March 30, the school's labor union has received 69 entries from 47 faculty members. Each of these works is full of true feelings, reflecting the love of the staff of Beiyou, and also showing us the spiritual strength of the unity of the Chinese nation. After careful selection, 8 works won the first prize, 15 won the second prize, and the remaining 46 won the excellent prize.
